Founder, Phi Journal

Sri Muniandy

Sri Muniandy is the founder of Phi Journal. He holds an MSc in Pharmacy from Semmelweis University in Budapest.

He built Phi as a voice journal because saying something out loud for sixty seconds is easier to keep up than writing it down, and because a recording keeps what a page can't: your own voice. Over time, those recordings show what you keep coming back to, with the dates you said it. He records in Phi himself. The 72-second entry on the Echo page is his.

Sri writes Phi's guides. Each one cites the studies it relies on and says where the evidence stops.
