Your voice is personal. Here’s exactly how we handle it.
We don’t sell your data or use it for ads. Ever.
Your entries don’t train AI. Phi doesn’t train models on your data. Our AI providers are used under terms that don’t train on it, and zero data retention is on for our AI gateway.
Delete means delete. Deleting your account in Settings removes your entries, recordings, chats, insights, voice copy and consent forms. We keep only a minimal proof that you consented to Echo: dates, form version and a hashed email.
Your voice copy is yours. Echo only clones your own voice, only after you sign a consent form, and you can delete it anytime with Delete my voice.
Who can see your data. Other users never can. Our servers process it to run features. Staff access it only to run, fix or secure Phi. If a message suggests risk of harm to someone else, it’s sent to our safety inbox.
