Φ Phi (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Earth OS Digital Enterprise (Registration No. 202503334390 / NS0316942-K), a Malaysian sole proprietorship owned by Srivhiinesh Muniandy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Φ Phi app.

2. Information We Collect

• Email address — collected via Google sign-in for authentication purposes
• Voice recordings — collected when you submit journal entries; used to generate insights and build your personal behavioral model
• User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account
• Product interaction data — anonymous usage data collected to improve app performance and features

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and maintain your account
• To transcribe and analyze your voice entries
• To generate personalized insights and track patterns over time
• To improve app functionality and user experience

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Voice recordings are processed via OpenAI Whisper for transcription and are not used to train third-party AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• OpenAI — voice transcription
• Anthropic — AI-powered insights
• Stripe — subscription billing (payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never accessed by us)

6. Data Retention

You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@phijournal.app. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Φ Phi is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
